Tools I always keep in my kitchen

     1. Microplane.    
This is a very handy tool you will use to zest your citrus fruits.

2. Offset Spatula.
To spread anything from butter, jam, to cake batter. 

3. Plastic Bench Scrapper

Better than spatula! I use bench scrapper to scrape cookie or cake batter in the bowl. 

  4. Ice cream scoop 

Not only good to scoop a bowl of sundae, I use ice cream scoop to measure cookie dough, cupcake batter into muffin pans, muffin batter, even veggie balls!
