I’m a pastry chef who loves creating new recipes, and making cakes and sweet treats from scratch using the most natural ingredients available. Growing up in a small town in Indonesia, my passion in baking began in my mother's kitchen. I am also a firm believer of mindful eating. I believe the food we eat whether main course or dessert, has a big impact on our body and mind. Therefore, I love using organic, natural ingredients in my baking and stay away from any dye, preservatives, and chemically synthesized products.
