Ingredients

  • 2 cup white rice flour
  • 1 cup millet flour or garbanzo beans flour or fava beans flour (you can pick)
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 cup potato starch

Instructions

  • Mix all the gluten-free flours and starches in a bowl.  Store flour blend in an airtight container or a glass jar.
