Vegan Chocolate Frosting
An easy vegan frosting you can use for any cake!
Servings 6 cupcakes
- 3 and 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 45 grams vegan butter (i used Earth's Balance Vegan Butter)
- 4 tbsp non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, or oat milk)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-4 tbsp cocoa powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Using a paddle attachment, beat the frosting until smooth and spreadable.
