Chocolate Cake | it’s vegan!

This chocolate cake is moist, and so delicious. It’s easy to make, you don’t need a mixer to make this. A dream come true for vegan world!

 

Vegan Chocolate Frosting

An easy vegan frosting you can use for any cake!

Ingredients

  • 3 and 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 45 grams vegan butter (i used Earth's Balance Vegan Butter)
  • 4 tbsp non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, or oat milk)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Using a paddle attachment, beat the frosting until smooth and spreadable.
